Suggested Physical Abilities:
- Sub 11min/mile in Full Kit, or sub 10:15 mile slick
- Ability to move a 170# sandbag (pull, drag, lift to waist height).
- Ability to climb a rope in full kit.
- Perform tasks with odd objects weighing 45-135# for a duration of 8-12 min consistently
- Generally in good physical condition, and able to complete functional fitness workouts “RX” for age group scales
- Dissemble rule is allowed. You may take an implement apart and take it piece by piece, however it must be carried with the original intent. i.e. If the weight as a whole was supposed to be carried overhead, the pieces must be carried overhead.
- Burpee Options if tasks cannot be completed.
