Women’s Intermediate

  • Ability to run a sub 13min/mile in full kit, or 12:05 slick.
  • Ability to move a 75# sandbag (push, pull, lift to waist height).
  • Ability to climb a rope in full kit (burpee options availble if you can’t)
  • Perform tasks with 45-95# for a duration of 8-12min consistently
  • Generally in excellent physical condition and able to complete “functional fitness” workouts scaled.
  • Dissemble rule is allowed.  You may take an implement apart and take it piece by piece, however it must be carried with the original intent.  i.e. If the weight as a whole was supposed to be carried overhead, the pieces must be carried overhead.
  • Burpee Options if tasks cannot be completed.
