Strength & Power Bias

Looking to specifically increase your strength and power? This is a complete 12-week training cycle that focuses on just that! In this programming you will receive daily warm-ups, prep work, strength, conditioning and mobility.

Necessary Equipment: Barbell, bumper plates, sandbags, sled, pull-up bar, climbing rope, farmer handles, Assault Bike, hill/treadmill for running, d-balls/medicine balls, dumbbells/kettlebells
